I.Scope of Application

1. This Agreement applies to the ConnectNow AI and/or related services provided by us. ConnectNow AI and/or related services include, but are not limited to, the currently launched AI customer service provided to you by us, as well as other services that may subsequently be included within the scope of service. The specific services are subject to what we actually provide. <b> Please be advised that some of the services offered to you within ConnectNow AI may originate from other service providers. We will prominently indicate the source of such services on the relevant user interface.</b>

2. Agreements regarding specific service matters (e.g., the "ConnectNow AI Privacy Policy"), usage guidelines, rules such as explanations regarding specific matters, etc., published from time to time within ConnectNow AI, are all supplementary agreements to this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between a supplementary agreement and this Agreement, the supplementary agreement shall prevail. Matters not stipulated in the supplementary agreement shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement.

3. We reserve the right to adjust or change the content of this Agreement, service rules, etc., at any time. After such updates, we will announce them through methods such as push notifications, website announcements, etc., and may notify you via email, SMS, or other means. If you continue to use the services provided by us after the content of this Agreement has been updated, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the updated content of the Agreement; if you do not agree with the updated terms of service, you should immediately stop using this service.

II.Account Registration

1. When registering for a ConnectNow AI account, you must possess full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct, and be able to independently bear civil liability. If you do not meet the aforementioned registration conditions, please immediately cease registration and stop using ConnectNow AI.

2. Before using ConnectNow AI services, you should register an account via the page using a mobile phone number, email address, etc., fill in true, accurate, legal, and valid relevant information as required, and confirm your agreement to this Agreement and other relevant rules and policies. If the materials you submit or the information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, or if we have reason to suspect they are erroneous, false, or illegal, we have the right to refuse to provide relevant functions to you, and you may be unable to use this software and related services, or some functions may be restricted during use. Your account is the credential for logging in and using this service. This account is non-transferable, non-giftable, and non-inheritable.

3. You understand and undertake that the account you set up shall not violate national laws and regulations or the company's relevant rules. Your account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information, as well as other personal information, must not contain illegal or harmful content. You shall not open an account in someone else's name (including but not limited to impersonating another person's name, designation, trade name, avatar, or other means sufficient to cause confusion) without permission, nor maliciously register accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration, etc.). We have the right to review the information you submit. You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during account registration and use, and shall not engage in any behavior that infringes upon national interests, harms the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or is detrimental to social morality.

4. Once you successfully register as a user on ConnectNow AI, you will receive your account and password. We specifically remind you to keep your account and password secure. You should log out safely after use. If you lose your account or forget your password, you can notify us to retrieve the account or password. We will compare the relevant information you provided during the application with system records, but we cannot accurately identify whether the applicant is the true authorized user of the account at the time of application. <b>We shall not be liable for account theft or password loss caused by your own reasons or other force majeure factors; the responsibility shall be borne by you.</b>

5. After successful registration and setting the corresponding password, you can log in to ConnectNow AI at any time to change basic information. If your relevant information changes, you should promptly correct any inaccurate information and update and complete relevant identity information. If your failure to promptly correct or update information prevents us from providing services to you as stipulated in this Agreement, or causes you any loss or expense during the use of related services, the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you. If, due to national laws and regulations, departmental rules, regulatory requirements, or our operational needs, we require you to provide supplementary verification information and credentials, and you fail to provide them in a timely manner, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of some or all ConnectNow AI services to you.

6. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we have the right to use the registration, login, service data, and usage statistics records generated from your registration and use of the ConnectNow AI account, including but not limited to these. <b>In the event of a dispute, you agree that ConnectNow AI's system data shall prevail. We will take possible measures to ensure the authenticity of the aforementioned data and guarantee that corresponding security measures, such as encryption, are taken for data collection and storage in accordance with legal provisions.</b>

III.Description of Services

1. ConnectNow AI is an AI intelligent customer service product. The AI functions involved include AI recording-to-text transcription, AI intelligent summarization, RAG intelligent assistant, AI agent assistant, AI intelligent quality inspection, etc. Different functional modules have different usage requirements and standards. Based on changes in user needs, technological developments, business adjustments, etc., ConnectNow AI may add, remove, or adjust various functions and their associated product services. The actually available functions and functional requirements are subject to what is displayed on the ConnectNow AI webpage. Furthermore, ConnectNow AI products and related services rely on third-party generative artificial intelligence models and may simultaneously rely on other models and services to provide you with AI generation technology services and other services.

2. To facilitate AI-generated content that better aligns with your work practices, we provide a knowledge base upload service. You can upload content to the knowledge base yourself to optimize the model. We do not directly upload or provide content ourselves, nor do we make any modifications or edits to the content you transmit. You must ensure that the content you upload, store, and share does not violate laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the legal rights, including intellectual property rights, of any person. Any documents, images, or other materials uploaded or stored via the knowledge base service, whether transmitted publicly or privately, are your sole responsibility. You must independently bear legal responsibility for your actions within the knowledge base.

3. We will take necessary measures, no less stringent than industry practice, to ensure the network security and stable operation of the platform, and strive to enhance and improve technology to make products and services more accurate, reliable, secure, and beneficial. However, given the uncertainty and probabilistic nature of machine learning, using our services may, in some cases, produce inaccurate output results. Therefore, please pay attention to the following when using AI customer service:

(1) Do not treat the output results as absolutely true information. You need to evaluate the accuracy and applicability of the content yourself to avoid adverse effects from erroneous or inappropriate content;

(2) The output results cannot be used as a substitute for professional advice in fields such as medicine, law, finance, or education;

(3) Do not directly use the output results to make decisions that could have legal or other significant impacts on individuals, such as decisions regarding an individual's credit, education, employment, housing, insurance, legal matters, medical care, or other important decisions;

(4) The output results do not represent the views of ConnectNow. If the output results mention any third-party products or services, this does not imply that the third party endorses the content or that the third party is affiliated with ConnectNow.

IV.Service Usage Guidelines

1. You should properly safeguard your ConnectNow AI account. You understand and agree to the following account usage guidelines:

(1) You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized activity on your account, please notify us immediately. We will take timely measures to reduce your potential losses, such as assisting you in freezing the account, changing the password, or implementing other security settings. <b>However, please understand and agree that we require a reasonable amount of time to act on your request, and we shall not bear any responsibility for losses incurred by your account as a result.</b>

(2) One ConnectNow AI account can only correspond to a single entity. Unless required by law, specified in effective legal documents, or permitted by us, you may not transfer, gift, or allow others to inherit your ConnectNow AI account in any way.

(3) You shall not gift, lend, rent, transfer, sell the account, or otherwise permit or share its use with others. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, to ensure account security, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating services to that account, banning, deactivating, or reclaiming it. We reserve the right to pursue breach of contract liability and other legal responsibilities against them.

2. When submitting input content to this product, you shall:

(1) Ensure that all input content is content for which you hold intellectual property rights or have obtained legal authorization from the rights holder, and that it does not contain any content that violates applicable laws and regulations, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, as well as personality rights, personal information rights, and other rights), or violates public order and good customs;

(2) If your input content involves commercial information (especially trade secrets), please ensure you have the right to process the corresponding commercial information. At the same time, please perform necessary desensitization before uploading to avoid adverse commercial impacts.

3. If you publish or disseminate output content generated by this product externally, you shall:

(1) Proactively verify the authenticity and accuracy of the output content to avoid spreading false information;

(2) Clearly indicate in a prominent manner that the output content was generated by artificial intelligence to inform the public about the synthetic nature of the content;

(3) Avoid publishing and disseminating any output content that violates the usage guidelines of this Agreement.

4. You should use the service appropriately. The following methods violate the usage guidelines:

(1) Engaging in activities that violate laws, regulations, policies, disrupt public order and good customs, or harm public interests.

(2) Unauthorized renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reposting, compiling, publishing, creating mirror sites for ConnectNow AI and related information therein, or developing derivative products, works, services, plugins, add-ons, compatibility, interconnections, etc., related to ConnectNow AI.

(3) Logging into or using ConnectNow AI through third-party compatible software or systems not developed, authorized, or approved by us or our affiliated companies, or using plugins and add-ons for ConnectNow AI not developed, authorized, or certified by us or our affiliated companies.

(4) Deleting copyright information or content on ConnectNow AI and other copies; modifying, deleting, or circumventing any technical measures set by us in the application product to protect intellectual property rights.

(5) Without our written consent, unauthorized renting, lending, or sublicensing ConnectNow AI to third parties for use, or after obtaining a license for an upgraded version of ConnectNow AI, simultaneously using multiple licensed versions, or transferring them separately.

(6) Copying, disassembling, modifying ConnectNow AI or any part thereof, or creating derivative works thereof; copying, modifying, running via hooking, or creating any derivative works of ConnectNow AI or any data released into the terminal during the operation of ConnectNow AI, and the interaction data between the terminal and the server during the operation of ConnectNow AI, including using plugins, add-ons, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access ConnectNow AI and related systems.

(7) Engaging in any behavior that endangers information network security, including using ConnectNow AI in any way to damage or disrupt ConnectNow AI, render it inoperable, overload it, or interfere with third-party use of ConnectNow AI; entering others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services.

(8) Using ConnectNow AI to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secret rights, or other legal rights of others, or engaging in illegal and criminal activities such as fraud, theft of others' accounts, funds, etc.

(9) Increasing, decreasing, or changing the functions or operational effects of ConnectNow AI by modifying or forging instructions, data, or data packets during its operation, and/or disseminating or operating software with the aforementioned purposes to the public via information networks.

(10) Using ConnectNow AI in any other illegal manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

5. When using ConnectNow AI, you must not publish the following content through your ConnectNow AI account:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Harming national honor and interests;

(4) Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringing upon the name, likeness, reputation, or honor of heroes and martyrs through insult, defamation, or other means;

(5) Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;

(6) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(7) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions;

(8) Spreading rumors, disrupting economic or social order;

(9) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;

(10) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the reputation, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests of others;

(11) Using exaggerated titles where the content seriously mismatches the title;

(12) Hyping scandals, misconduct, etc.;

(13) Inappropriately commenting on natural disasters, major accidents, or other calamities;

(14) Containing sexual innuendo, sexual provocation, or other content likely to induce sexual association;

(15) Displaying bloody, horrifying, cruel, or other content causing physical or mental discomfort;

(16) Inciting discrimination against groups, regional discrimination, etc.;

(17) Promoting vulgar, kitsch, or媚俗 (meisu - often translated as pandering to low tastes) content;

(18) Content that might induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors or violate social ethics, or induce bad habits in minors;

(19) Other content that adversely affects the network ecology;

(20) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

6. You must not maliciously counteract the information content security management and risk prevention mechanisms of this product through the following methods, including but not limited to:

(1) Malicious counteraction behaviors, including but not limited to using variations, garbled code, characters, homophones, etc., to evade service detection in order to input or generate statements that violate point five of Article Four above.

(2) Conducting malicious attacks, induction, and poisoning through methods such as identity impersonation, reverse induction, jailbreak attacks, etc.

(3) Without the consent of ConnectNow or without a legitimate and proper basis, unauthorized removal or tampering with the generated content identifiers related to this service.

7. <b>We have the right, based on our unilateral and independent judgment, when we believe there may be circumstances endangering national security, public safety, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or others, to take measures such as restricting usage or suspending services for your account, depending on the situation, and will subsequently notify you via email, site message, SMS, or phone. You understand and agree that:</b>

<b>(1) We will determine whether you are suspected of violating the aforementioned usage guidelines and, based on the determination results, suspend or terminate your usage license or take restrictive measures against your account as appropriate.</b>

<b>(2) We will directly delete information published by you while using ConnectNow AI that is suspected of being illegal, infringing upon the legitimate rights of others, or violating this Agreement.</b>

<b>(3) If your violation of the aforementioned usage guidelines causes damage to any third party, you need to independently bear legal responsibility in your own name and ensure that we are indemnified against any resulting losses or increased costs.</b>

<b>(4) If you violate relevant laws or the provisions of this Agreement, causing us any loss, or subjecting us to any third-party claims, or penalties from any administrative department, you shall compensate us for the losses incurred and/or expenses incurred, including reasonable attorneys' fees, investigation, and evidence collection costs.</b>

8. If we take measures such as restricting services or suspending services for your account due to abnormal behavior associated with it, you may apply to us to lift the account restriction or restore services. You should truthfully provide relevant supporting materials and other information or documents requested by us so that we can verify your identity. You understand and agree that your appeal request is not necessarily granted, and we have the right to decide whether to approve your appeal request at our own discretion.

9. ConnectNow AI may offer some paid network services in the future. For such services, ConnectNow AI will provide you with clear prompts before you use them. Only if you confirm your willingness to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can you use the relevant paid network services; if you refuse to pay the relevant fees, ConnectNow AI has the right not to provide you with the relevant paid network services.

V.Third-Party Software or Services

1. ConnectNow AI may use or include software or services provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "such services"). Such services are provided for your convenience and are legally authorized by the respective third parties.

2. As the third party is the provider of its software or services, when you use such services, you should separately enter into a service agreement with the third party, pay corresponding fees, and bear potential risks. We do not provide any form of guarantee regarding the security, accuracy, effectiveness, or other potential risks of such third-party services and their content, nor do we have the right to grant you any rights to use such services within this Agreement. Therefore, we shall not bear legal responsibility for any disputes or damages arising from the use of third-party services. It is recommended that you evaluate and exercise caution before using third-party services accessed through this service. We cannot provide customer support for such services; if you require support, you may contact the third party directly. Any disputes arising from your use of such services should be negotiated and resolved directly with the third party.

3. You understand that ConnectNow AI currently uses or includes such services only. We cannot guarantee that ConnectNow AI will permanently use or include such services, nor can we guarantee that we will not use or include similar or different types of software or services from this third party or software or services from other third parties in the future. Once we use or include the aforementioned software or services in ConnectNow AI, the corresponding software or services will also be subject to the provisions of this article.

4. You agree that if the third party confirms that you have violated the agreement between you and them regarding the use of such services, stops providing such services to you, and requests us to take action, since stopping such services may affect your continued use of ConnectNow AI, we may suspend or terminate your usage license or take other restrictive measures available to us against you.

VI.Data Protection

1. We attach great importance to protecting your data; protecting user data is one of our fundamental principles. To this end, we have formulated the "ConnectNow AI Privacy Policy," which makes important disclosures concerning matters of vital interest to you, such as the collection, use, sharing, storage, and protection of your information. We recommend that you read the complete《ConnectNow AI Privacy Policy》to help you better protect your personal information. The "ConnectNow AI Privacy Policy" constitutes an integral part of this Agreement and jointly applies to the ConnectNow AI services you use.

2. We will endeavor to use various security technologies and procedures and establish comprehensive management systems to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

VII.Intellectual Property Protection

1. Except for the rights legally held by relevant rights holders according to law, Shenzhen Xingtu enjoys all rights permitted by laws and regulations to this service (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, code, model weights, user interfaces, web pages, text, graphics, layout design, trademarks, electronic documents), including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other rights, which are protected by relevant laws.

2. Icons, buttons, service names, etc., included in or provided by ConnectNow AI are trademarks or commercial identifiers legally owned by us, our affiliated companies, or partners in China and other countries, excluding rights legally held by relevant rights holders. Without the prior written consent of us, our affiliated companies, or relevant rights holders, you may not copy, imitate, or use any of the aforementioned trademarks or commercial identifiers, or engage in any other behavior that might cause confusion among the relevant public and/or consumers.

3. Without the prior written consent of us, our affiliated companies, or relevant rights holders, you may not arbitrarily use, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, repost, link, copy, publicly disseminate, distribute, issue, or publicly publish any program or content of ConnectNow AI, or embed any program or content of ConnectNow AI (or any part thereof) into other software or services, or compile any program or content of ConnectNow AI (or any part thereof) or establish mirror sites, etc.

4. You undertake that you hold the intellectual property rights or have obtained legal intellectual property authorization for any form of content you upload, publish, or transmit while using ConnectNow AI services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video materials.

5. Respecting intellectual property rights is your obligation. <b>Without the prior written consent of us, our affiliated companies, or relevant rights holders, you may not, for any profit-making or non-profit-making purpose, implement, utilize, transfer, or license any third party to implement, utilize, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights yourself. In case of violation, you shall bear all responsibilities.</b>

VIII.Account Termination

1. We have the right to terminate your account if your account meets the following conditions:

(1) Your actions seriously violate the account usage guidelines in this Agreement or are based on the requirements of competent state authorities;

(2) After registering the account, you do not use the account for more than 12 months, and there are no ongoing business activities within your account.

2. If you submit an account termination request to us, your account can be terminated after our review and approval, provided it meets the following conditions:

(1) The account is in a normal state, not involved in any unsettled rights or obligations, unresolved disputes (including complaints, reports, or being the subject of complaints/reports), and has not been subjected to restrictive measures by competent authorities;

(2) There are no ongoing business activities within the account;

(3) Other circumstances that might affect account termination.

3. During the period you apply for account termination, if your ConnectNow AI account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by competent state authorities, etc., we have the right to unilaterally terminate your account termination process without obtaining your separate consent.

4. Terminating the account does not mean that your actions and related responsibilities prior to account termination are exempted or mitigated. After you terminate your account, we still need to retain your corresponding registration data and activity records as required by laws and regulations such as the "Cybersecurity Law". If you engaged in illegal activities or violated this Agreement while using this service before termination, we still reserve the right to exercise the rights stipulated in this Agreement.

5. You understand and agree that before applying for account termination, you have carefully read and acknowledged the "ConnectNow AI Privacy Policy", and understand and agree to the relevant user termination process and the arrangement of rights and obligations after termination; we will handle your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the "ConnectNow AI Privacy Policy".

IX.Advertising and Promotions

1. You understand and agree that we may conduct the following commercial activities within the products or services we provide: sending you product updates, promotional offers, marketing information, or other relevant commercial information about us or third parties via the ConnectNow AI webpage, SMS, email, or other legal means.

2. We specifically remind you that if the push information you receive concerns a third party rather than us, for such information, after we fulfill relevant obligations regarding the publication of advertising information according to law, you should independently assess the authenticity of its content and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as expressly provided by law, we shall not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of the content provided by such information.

X.Modification and Termination of Agreement

1. You understand and agree that, based on adjustments to our business strategy, we may change the service content, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service.

2. In the event of our merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer, we may transfer relevant assets under this Agreement to a third party; we may also, after unilaterally notifying you, transfer part or all of the services and corresponding rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party for operation or performance. The specific assignee shall be subject to our notification.

3. We have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you without notice if any of the following circumstances occur:

(1) According to laws and regulations, you should submit true information, but the personal information you provide is untrue or inconsistent with the information provided at registration, and you fail to provide reasonable proof;

(2) You violate the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement;

(3) As required by laws and regulations, judicial authorities, or competent departments;

(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

4. You are responsible for backing up the data stored on the ConnectNow AI platform yourself. If your service is terminated, we have the right to permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. After service suspension or termination, we have no obligation to provide or return data to you.

5. We have the right to terminate your use of ConnectNow AI if the following circumstances occur:

(1) You violate relevant laws and regulations, have an illegal purpose, or use the arrangements under this Agreement to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(2) You provide false registration information, or engage in actions that infringe upon the rights and interests of us and/or other third parties by fabricating facts, forging evidence, publishing false information, colluding with third parties, etc.;

(3) You seriously violate this Agreement and other rules published by the ConnectNow AI platform, and we have the right to reclaim or terminate the user account according to this Agreement; in this case, this Agreement terminates on the date the account is reclaimed or terminated;

(4) When the account termination conditions published by the ConnectNow AI platform are met, you terminate the ConnectNow AI user account through the ConnectNow AI platform's customer service; this Agreement terminates on the date the account is terminated;

(5) We have the right to terminate all services of the ConnectNow AI platform based on our own business arrangements after reasonable prior notice; this Agreement terminates on the date all services of the ConnectNow AI platform are terminated in accordance with legal procedures and methods.

6. The termination of this Agreement does not affect the relevant rights and obligations of the parties prior to the termination of this Agreement, including but not limited to the right of the non-breaching party to pursue corresponding breach of contract liability against the breaching party in accordance with this Agreement.

XI.Liability for Breach

1. You agree to safeguard and maintain the interests of ConnectNow AI, ConnectNow AI partners, and other users. Any of the following circumstances shall be deemed a breach of contract by you:

(1) Violating relevant laws and regulations when using ConnectNow AI platform services;

(2) Violating the provisions of this Agreement or its supplementary agreements.

2. If the information you upload or publish on our product constitutes a breach of contract, we may immediately take measures such as deleting or blocking the corresponding information according to relevant rules.

<b>3. If your actions cause losses to us or our affiliated companies (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill, and indirect economic losses such as compensation paid externally, attorney fees, litigation costs, etc.), you shall compensate us or our affiliated companies for all the aforementioned losses. If your actions cause a third party to assert rights against us or our affiliated companies, we or our affiliated companies may seek full recovery from you after fulfilling monetary payment or other obligations to the third party.</b>

XII.Disclaimer

1. Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise by laws and regulations, we will make our best efforts to ensure the security, effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of ConnectNow AI and the technology and information involved. However, limited by existing technology, you understand that we cannot guarantee this.

2. Given the special nature of network services, we have the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services based on the overall operational status of ConnectNow AI or relevant operational specifications, rules, etc.

3. To provide you with more comprehensive services, we have the right to periodically or non-periodically inspect, maintain, upgrade, etc., the platform or related equipment providing ConnectNow AI. Such situations may cause related services to be interrupted or suspended for a reasonable period. We shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result, except where otherwise mandatorily required by law.

4. Our services are provided "as is" based on the current state of technology and conditions. We will make our best efforts to provide services to you and ensure service continuity and security; however, we cannot guarantee that the services provided are flawless, nor can we always foresee and prevent technical and other risks that may lead to service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks. Even if defects exist in the services we provide, if such defects are unavoidable at the current industry technology level, they shall not be deemed a breach of contract by us, and except where otherwise mandatorily required by law, we shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result.

5. While using ConnectNow AI, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, causing interruptions to ConnectNow AI. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, acts of state (including actions by legislative, administrative, judicial bodies, and organizations authorized by national laws, regulations, or policies to manage public affairs), etc. When such situations occur, we will strive to cooperate with relevant units at the earliest opportunity to facilitate timely repairs, but we are exempt from liability for losses caused to you thereby, to the extent permitted by law.

6. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or obstructions caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks;

(2) Failures in your or our computer software, systems, hardware, and communication lines;

(3) Improper operation by you;

(4) Your use of ConnectNow AI through methods not authorized by us;

(5) Outdated program versions you use, aging equipment, and/or their compatibility issues;

(6) Other circumstances beyond our control or reasonable foresight.

7. Our right to handle illegal or non-compliant content according to this Agreement does not constitute our obligation or commitment. We cannot guarantee the timely detection of illegal activities or corresponding handling.

XIII.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there are no relevant legal provisions, reference shall be made to general international business practices and/or industry practices.

2. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement may be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, both you and we agree to resolve the dispute through litigation in the competent people's court in the domicile of ConnectNow AI Technology Co.,Limited and its affiliates .

XIV.Notices

1. When registering for ConnectNow AI and accepting ConnectNow AI services, you should provide us with true and valid contact information (including your contact phone number). If your contact information changes, you are obligated to update the relevant information promptly and ensure the contact method remains accessible.

2. Notices sent by ConnectNow AI to you via the aforementioned contact methods, including written notices sent electronically (such as SMS messages to the provided phone number, official notices published on the platform), are deemed delivered upon successful sending. Written notices sent via paper carrier are deemed delivered on the fifth calendar day after being posted to the provided contact address.

3.<b>If ConnectNow AI fails to contact you using the last information you provided, if you fail to provide information promptly as requested by ConnectNow AI, if the information you provide is clearly untrue, or if administrative or judicial authorities verify that the information you provided is invalid, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences caused thereby to yourself, others, and ConnectNow AI.</b> We may send you inquiries or requests for rectification, require you to undergo re-authentication, and may suspend or terminate the provision of part or all ConnectNow AI services to you. Except as expressly provided by law, ConnectNow AI shall not bear responsibility for this.

XV.Miscellaneous

1. Your use of ConnectNow AI or the service is deemed as your having read and accepted to be bound by this Agreement. <b>We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can review the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by us, it is deemed that you have accepted the changed agreement.</b>

2. If any term of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity of the other terms or any part thereof, which shall remain binding on both parties. You and we shall still perform in good faith.

3. The headings of all terms in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only, have no actual meaning themselves, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.

4. The intellectual property terms, governing law and jurisdiction clauses, and other terms under this Agreement that by their nature should survive (such as guarantees of the authenticity of registration information, etc.) shall not become invalid due to the termination of these terms.
