Once your sensitive personal information is leaked, altered or illegally used, it will cause damage to your personal or property safety. You are responsible for ensuring the legality and legitimacy of the sources and content of your business data. (3) Resolving disputes between you and us or disputes arising between third parties and us due to your actions;

II. How We Retain Your Personal Information

(I) Storage Location

1. (1)If you choose to use the Chinese version of ConnectNow, we will store your personal information and business data within China. Should there be a need to transfer your personal information overseas, we will comply with the legal requirements regarding the cross-border transfer of personal information from China before proceeding with the transfer.

2. If you choose to use the Asia-Pacific version of ConnectNow, we will store your personal information and business data in Singapore. Should there be a need to transfer your personal information overseas, we will comply with the applicable legal requirements before proceeding with the transfer.

3. If you choose to use the European Union version of ConnectNow, we will store your personal information and business data in Germany. Should there be a need to transfer your personal information overseas, we will comply with the applicable legal requirements before proceeding with the transfer.

(II) Retention Period

1. We only keep your personal information for the shortest period as provided for by laws and regulations, and for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose stated herein.

2. If we terminate the services or operation, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information upon termination of the services or operation.

III. How We Entrust Others for Processing, Sharing, Transferring or Publicly Disclosing Your Personal Information

(I) Entrust Others for Processing

We may entrust authorized affiliates or partners to process your personal information in order to provide you with corresponding products or services.
