This Guide is intended to facilitate your compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements when using ConnectNow. You are advised to carefully review and fully understand the contents of this Guide before accessing or using ConnectNow.

During the service process, ConnectNow products or services may involve two types of data: one is your registration and login information as well as subsequent usage data when you register, log in and use ConnectNow (collectively referred to as "<b>ConnectNow Product Usage Data</b>"); the other is data that you collect, store, upload, download, distribute, process, use or otherwise handle through ConnectNow and related services (such as consumer personal information, contact details, etc., collectively referred to as "<b>Business Data</b>").
The processing methods for the aforementioned two types of data may vary depending on the service format we provide. We primarily offer ConnectNow services through the following two modes: Public Cloud and Private Deployment.
When you use ConnectNow products or services in public cloud mode, we will process your ConnectNow product usage data. For information on how we process your ConnectNow product usage data, please refer to the 《ConnectNow Privacy Policy》as for your business data, we solemnly promise not to access such business data without authorization. Specifically, ConnectNow products adopt a SaaS deployment method, which means system servers are deployed in a multi-node distributed manner. We have no right to access your business data and only provide hosting of service resources for service purposes. You shall ensure that before processing such personal information, you have taken corresponding compliance measures in accordance with applicable laws, such as informing data subjects of the methods and purposes of such data processing through privacy policies or other means.
When you use ConnectNow products in private deployment mode, we do not process any of your data. You shall ensure that before processing such relevant data, you have taken corresponding compliance measures in accordance with applicable laws, such as informing data subjects of the methods and purposes of such data processing through privacy policies or other means.
II.What should you be aware of when integrating ConnectNow into your product or service as a third-party product or service?
If you integrate ConnectNow into your product or service as a third-party product or service, you must disclose the integration of ConnectNow in the third-party products or services section of your product or service's privacy policy. The suggested disclosure text is as follows:
"To provide you with intelligent AI customer service, we have integrated the ConnectNow intelligent customer service product. In order to deliver the intelligent AI customer service features/services, the ConnectNow intelligent customer service product will need to collect and use your necessary personal information. For details on the types of personal information collected and used by the ConnectNow intelligent customer service product, the purposes and uses of such information, and how ConnectNow will protect the collected and used personal information, please carefully read the ConnectNow Privacy Policy."
III.What should you be aware of when using the knowledge base feature in ConnectNow?
If you use the knowledge base feature in ConnectNow, you must ensure that the files you upload to the knowledge base do not infringe upon the legal rights of any third party, including copyrights, trade secrets, or any other legal rights. You shall bear full responsibility for any infringement resulting from uploading files that violate the legal rights of third parties to the knowledge base.
IV.What happens to the data you store on our servers when you terminate your cooperation with us?
When you terminate your cooperation with us, we will promptly delete the business data you store on our servers within a reasonable time after you notify us or after the termination of cooperation. Please ensure that you export your business data in a timely manner after the termination of cooperation. If you terminate cooperation with us but you or your employees do not deactivate the corresponding account data, in order to ensure the continuity of services, we will not proactively delete your account data.
V.Disclaimer Regarding the Product
You may only use the ConnectNow products or services for lawful purposes. You must ensure that your use of ConnectNow products and services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or other legal rights, and does not violate any legally binding documents. If you breach the above terms, we have the right to suspend the provision of products and services and terminate this agreement, with no refund of any service fees already paid. If we suffer third-party claims, administrative investigations, or are involved in other legal proceedings as a result, you will be required to compensate us for all losses incurred (including but not limited to litigation costs, expenses incurred in cooperating with investigations, third-party claims, compensation, attorney fees, etc.).
